Q. What is the dress code?
Fancy, but not too fancy. No tux and tails/formal gowns. Casual fancy? Semi-formal? Wear something you feel good in and can dance in (this is important!). Don't overthink it! You're a star already!
I (Elizabeth) have been to far too many weddings in my life where I was the only single person with no date and it sucks. We've given everyone the opportunity to bring a guest if desired because we want you to have fun! So bring someone you know you'll have fun with (romantic intentions or not) --or--no pressure, you can be the person you have with, because shouldn't we all be the person we have fun with anyway?
We welcome your children at our wedding, but want to make sure you know our wedding will not include activities specifically geared to children or childcare. Music with cursing and, ahem, certain themes will be played so if that's an issue for you, now you know. We just ask if you bring your kids to keep an eye on them so everyone can stay safe and have a great time!
Q. Should I drive myself to your wedding?
Umm, not if you're going to be drinking! Rideshare your little hearts out boys.
Q. Wow these answers are all really long-winded, don't you have anything better to be doing?
No, Frances, I really don't, and I'm very bored in life so thank you for asking.
